if you ain't here i just can't breathe.

(I have no clue why but this gave me my inspiration: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Icv6DgZ-9O4)

No air, no air. Tyson felt like there was no air around him. He felt like he couldn't breathe at the moment, and most people would think that he was being slightly over dramatic at the situation. But, he definitely wasn't. That was how anyone would feel like if they were about to lose the love of their life. He would imagine that they would feel just as bad as he did. To him it was like he was walking to his own death, and ironically enough his brother's were the ones to pull the trigger on the gun. He couldn't blame them for wanting to take the opportunity of a lifetime. But, the opportunity of a lifetime was costing him the one thing that meant something in his life.

It had all started only about a week ago and the surprise of it had come so fast for Tyson. The boys had been playing at a gig in one of the usual clubs in New York just like they usually did trying to get noticed. But, this time something short of a miracle had happened. After they had finished playing for the night, an agent approached them and announced that he wanted to sign them on with a record deal. The boys had all been thrilled with this. It was something that they all had always wanted, ever since they started this up. Now, they could have it. The agent took them out for lunch the next day at one of the nicer restuarants to discuss their future plans. This included the usual stuff that you would expect to have, but the one thing that Tyson didn't like of it was moving to Los Angeles. Tyson was to graduate in a few days and they figured that they could finish Tristan's schooling via a homeschooling teacher while they worked. Tyson had thought that they would have to move. But, it didn't really dawn on him until it was spoken of. He would be leaving Constance Billiard and New York. He would most importantly be leaving Juliet. How was he going to tell her that?

That was regretfully what he was off to do now. He had talked to her very briefly on the phone a few moments before. He had simply asked her to meet him in the park and that he had to tell her something important. It was a pretty rushed conversation, since he didn't know what else to say. He knew that Juliet would know that something was up. She always was smart like that, not to mention that she could often see right through him. That didn't make the walk to the park that any more shorter for him. He felt like his feet were made of bricks or something suddenly. Every footstep he took felt like a tiny little baby step, even though it was a big stride for the long-legged male. It could be because he felt like his lungs were collapsing though. But, he did make it to the park. Despite how he thought that it was going to take him a century to get there. It didn't take him but a few moments to spot Juliet on the bench they usually sat on when they met up there. Instantly his heart began to ache a little more than it already was, if that was at all possible.

He stuffed his hands in his pocket as he sat down on the bench beside her and sighed deeply. He glanced over, having to force himself to look at the happy look on her face. That was the look that he was going to take away once he gave her the news. It wasn't much longer after Juliet saw him sit down next to her than she leaned over and kissed him on the lips. Normally, this was just a usual kiss in greeting. But, whenever she was about to pull away Tyson put one thumb under her chin and pulled her back in for another kiss. He held the next one out longer and deeper, not wanting to ever let it end. You could definitely tell this by the way he was kissing her. He finally pulled back after a few moments. Juliet had a clear shocked look on her face, but it was also clear that she had enjoyed the kiss. "I know that something must be up. You never kiss me like that, unless something has happened." Juliet said, with a light frown. Tyson sighed, as he leaned back on the bench not wanting to go into what was happening just yet. He wished that she wasn't so smart that they could have at least a few happy moments together. But, Tyson couldn't keep anything from her.

"We're leaving," He said, simply. He then looked down at his converses, seeming to be really occupied with them at the moment. He didn't want to look at her. He didn't want to see the sad look on her face, but he knew he would hear it in her voice. It was better to deal with one without the other. "W-what do you mean, Tyson?" He heard her say. He could already tell that her voice was beginning to crack. That possibly made it harder for him. He continued to stare blanky down at his converses, he wouldn't look at her. He couldn't. Well, he couldn't look at her at the moment. "Some agent gave us a record deal," He mummered. He wasn't as excited about it as before. The feeling of being happy had dissappeared now that he knew he would have to leave Juliet. But, he knew that Juliet would be happy that they finally got signed. They always worked so hard and it was Tyson's 'dream'. She would love that news. He felt her wrap her slender arms around his neck and give him a tight hug. "Oh Tyson, that is great! Why are you so upset for!?! You and your brothers have always wanted this. You finally have your chance," Juliet said, smiling brightly. He finally was able to look over at her and see the happy look on her face. She seemed so proud of him. She was proud of him having to leave and he didn't want that. He frowned, "You realize that this means that I have to move to Los Angeles. My whole family does at the beginning of next week."

He watched as her expression turned from a happy one right back to a sad one. He knew that this would be hard. He just didn't know how hard that it would be. He didn't want to see her sad, he never wanted that. He just sat there in silence as he watched her think it all over. Then, she began to speak and he hoped for the worse. But, it really wasn't what he expected at all. "We both knew that this day would eventually come. We are graduating, Ty and going on with our lives. We both have such big dreams to chase. I guess, this is just a sign that we aren't supposed to be together after all. You need to go to L.A. and follow your dreams. It is just like I need to focus on my modeling career. It is the way it is supposed to be," Juliet said, rather calmly. This wasn't how it was supposed to be. She was supposed to fight for him. She was supposed to take the selfish move and ask him to stay. That was what Tyson wanted and needed. He didn't need anything else to be happy. But, he would go with whatever Juliet wanted. If this was what he truely thought that she wanted, then maybe it was best. "If that is how you truely feel," He said, looking at her with a questioning look. He recieved a nod in reply, and then he got up to leave. "I have to go pack," He muttered, biting his lip. He took a few steps forward, but her voice called him back again. He stood there still looking forward and not looking at her, waiting patiently for what she had to say. "Hey Ty, promise not to forget about me when you are a big star?" He heard her voice say from behind him. He couldn't help but let a weak smile creep up on his face at those simple words. He looked behind him and shook his head, "I'll never forget about you." After he had said that, he walked off and back to his dorm to finish packing for his new life without her. He didn't even notice that as he left a certain girl buried her face in her hands and broke down. Tell me, how I'm supposed to breathe with no air? I can't live and I can't breathe with no air. That's how i feel whenever you ain't there. There's no air, no air.

Knife.

(Note: Savannah Victorie Crane is a character that I am not so sure of yet. She is in the future, of course. She is what I imagine to be of Cillian and Rosalie's daughter in the odd chance that they end up together in the end. Vannah is just someone that I thought of for this drabble and had to do it. So, here is little miss Vannah.)

They would surely be worried about her being out so late that night. Savannah knew that her mother and her father would probably have already called the cops by now. In fact, she was scanning the dark streets of New York with her olive green eyes in search for a cop looking for her. Though, her being in trouble wouldn't be the worst thing to endure while being out on the streets of New York at night. She definitely knew that. There were all kinds of creeps out there just waiting to take advantage of a lone girl such as herself and they wouldn't think twice about it. Maybe, being escorted by a cop car wasn't as embarassing nor dreadful as she thought it would be. She would at least be off of the dangerous streets that she was currently on and have some protection. The thought of any disgusting slime ball putting his hands on her made her cringe.

She decided that she should've taken the cab along with Madeline Burton and the Hearst twins. But, she was being far too stubborn for that. She merely insisted on enjoying a walk to herself in the cold dark night. She thought that it would simply be another adventure for her. She even refused when her friends offered for one of them to come along with her for protection or company. No, she figured that she should go alone. She didn't want them doing anything that they didn't want to do or getting sick off of her own reckless behavior. They merely shook their heads and hoped the best for their friend's safety. Really, no reasoning was there with Savannah. She was known for her spur of the moment behavior at times, as well as her stubborness. They knew not to argue with that. It was near impossible to get her to change her mind on anything.
Savannah rounded yet another corner on the streets, now realizing that they had become quite unfamiliar to her. Where was she exactly? She couldn't be lost, could she? She was going the right way;she was sure of it. But, the more she walked down the streets the more they became unfamiliar to her. It wasn't long before she noticed people that wouldn't be the best of company to her. That was what she imagined them not to be. They were definitely not people she would hang around. They looked much older than the eighteen year old, about in their thirties. All of them had a rather rough exterior to them, definitely not the kind of person you would go up to and have a casual conversation with at all. This only caused Savannah to quicken her pace to try to get out of the view of the unruly men. She didn't know how she could get out of there, however. The streets were so unfamiliar to her.
She just kept running through the unfamiliar part of town, not knowing what else to do. She ran until her muscles ached and she collasped in a dark alley. She leaned back againest the cold stone and slowly fell down to the ground. Exhaustion was slowly taking her over as well as fear, and she honestly didn't know how she was going to get home. All she knew was that she wanted someone there to protect her and to save her. She needed someone to save her. "Hey little pretty one," A strained voice came from the darkness. This caused all the muscles in her body to tense up. She didn't recognize the voice at all. But, she knew by the tone that it was not going to be someone friendly. She squinted into the darkness only able to make out the figure of a burly man. That perhaps scared her even more. "W-who's there?" She mustered out, her voice coming in squeaky. She was very fearful and definitely gave the man the advantage of knowing that. She jumped to her feet whenever the man appeared from the shadows. She looked him over, and her screaming began when the glint of the knife appeared in the moonlight.
